I am a Brazilian artist living and working in Houston. My practice centers on hand-built ceramic sculptures and functional work, and more recently I've been drawn to printmaking — a different material, a different conversation, but it carries the same desire to make something that is quiet, calm and intentional.

Simplicity. I'm drawn to clean lines, quiet forms, and the kind of beauty that doesn't ask for your attention — it just holds it. I am inspired by the Minimalist movement. The concepts that less can carry more, that stillness has weight and that when color arrives, it arrives deliberately guide my practice every day.

My work has been shown in group exhibitions across Houston, including The Silos at Sawyer Yards, Kinder Morgan Gallery, ClayHouston, the Houston Center for Contemporary Craft, and Nosami Studio.
